How to take ownership of a file in windows 7 or Vista

If you have ever wanted to delete or modify a windows folder or file but haven't been able to due to not having administrative Privileges, Then try this,
1. First download these 2 registry files from this link  http://www.mediafire.com/?gnzdiezymuj

2. Double click the one saying Add take ownership and click yes
3. And when it has been installed you should be able to right click on any file or folder and select "Take Ownership" which changes the folder and its sub-folders owned by you
